The most personal meaning thing would be "calling", this is what you love, it may be music, art, sports, etc. Maybe something in which you really can not live, but you will still do in your free time.

The second most personal thing is a career, this is what you wanted to learn (in an objective world, where you went to college because you wanted to do it) from the given options, you choose the one that better suits you, and you always can specialize in the field that you most love.

The lest personal thing is job, while lots and lots of people love their job, the biggest part has the job that they can have, and keep it because they need it to live, so in most cases, you must choose a job just for the pay, and not because it makes you feel good.
