I feel the answer is C.Setting up a home network system. Here are a list of reasons why.
A.inventing computer applications.(Isn't right because it is just talking about computer apps.) B.creating new Internet sites. (this is more just stuff online and not needing to know about the rest of the computer system just to make a web site)
