The key is communication. So having a get-together with my kids. Start by asking about their worries. Secondly listen. Pay attention to what ever moods, anger, difficulties they are feeling and also what it is from me that may cause them to feel uncomfortable and how can I make it improved. I would also tell them how I feel. At the end as a family symbol out an answer and come to a settlement. We must reveal to our faults and work to them.

In the research design, the variables: psychological empowerment, resilience and spiritual well-being are independent variables, since the aim is to explore how these affect academic success. And academic success is the dependent variable.

Using another clasification, the variables psychological empowerment, resilience and spiritual well-being are qualitative variables, since neither of them can be counted, there can not be a number value that measures each one. On the other hand, if academic success will be measured with a grade, it is a quantitative variable.
