Whether a person needs a sports drink during exercise depends on the type of exercise being performed.

Sports drinks are not always necessary after and during workouts. It usually depends on what type of exercise you are doing. If you are doing weight lifting, then you do not need a sports drink and water would be the best option for that. On the other hand, you could have a sports drink after running a marathon or running for a few miles. Although.. most sports drinks consist of more calories than soda brands such as Pepsi and Coke, which is completely unhealthy for your body, especially with all of that sugar intake and the colorants. Water should be an athletes first priority when thinking about what to drink when and after working out or exercising.

Ira Lisetskai [31]

Answer:

The correct answer will be option-C

Explanation:

Meat slicers are used in the meat shops and used to prepare a variety of deli items.

While slicing the meat, some remnants of meat get stuck in blades which attracts a lot of microorganisms to grow. If the same unwashed slicer is used again to cut the meat will lead to contamination of the meat and will cause a certain disease.

Therefore, the person before reusing the slicer must clean and sanitize the slicer with slicer sanitizer so that no disease could spread from the contaminated slicer.

Thus, Option-C is the correct answer.
