Answer:

  • the failed ideals of America

Explanation:

George is portrayed as an insightful and creative young fellow, He is capable and imaginative. At the point when he's sent to work in a sacking production line, he creates a work sparing machine for cleaning hemp, which changes the manner in which the industrial facility works. Lamentably, his "lord" is desirous of George's capacities and blames George's knowledge so as to rebuff and mortify him.

Mr. Harris  threatens to drive George to forsake his significant other, Eliza, and their tyke, who are captives of the Shelbys, with the goal that George can "wed" one of Harris' own slaves. It's not astonishing that George experiences difficulty trusting that a cherishing, Christian God is behind these events.

The Form of a poem is the way it looks and how it is arranged on the page <br> A.True B. False
Ket [755]
I'd say it's false.
A poem has to follow a specific pattern, rhyme, scheme or meter to identify it's form.
So just going off of the way the poem looks on the page is not the true form.
Hope I could help <3

Answer:

Oxymoron:

1: O miserable abundance, O  beggarly riches!

Paradoxes:

2: What a pity that youth must  be wasted on the young.

3: I can resist anything but  temptation.

4: How is it possible to have a  civil war?

Explanation:

Oxymoron:

It is a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction.

e.g Fully empty, living death, O loving hate.

Based on this definition only "O miserable abundance, O  beggarly riches!" falls under the category of Oxymoron.

Paradox: It is similar to oxymoron, but it is usually a statement with logically contradictory statements which on investigation may or may not be logically true.

e.g "Everything I say is lie" , Barber Paradox: "A male barber shaves all and only those men who don’t shave themselves. Does he shave himself?"

As we can find out there are no contradictory terms/words, but the statements which may contradict each other.

Based on the above, we conclude that sentence 2, 3 and 4 are Paradoxes.

Senator Tom Cotton blocked bipartisan legislation that would have  prohibited states receiving federal money from jailing juveniles in adult prisons. The Senator explains the devastation's that will happen if criminal leniency goes awry.

William G. Otis is of the view that both the juvenile and the adults should be punished equally.

Answer 4:
