esses a 43-year-old former football player who expresses lack of motivation and interest to get out of the house to do anything besides necessary trips to the store or food and occasionally attending church with his family. He reports difficulty falling asleep at night. He says he does not want to be labeled as "weird" for complaining about how he is feeling.
