A common tool project teams use to show resource assignments is a responsibility matrix. Typically, this chart will depict what role each person on the team will have during each activity.

Managers set up a log to show each persons role for project completion. This allows for more streamline work and eliminates the questions regarding what each person should or shouldn't be doing.

I believe the answer is:  the roles key members of the team will play on each activity.

Responsibility assignment matrix would depict a table filled with various roles within organization on the left side of the table  , along with the name of the members on the top of the table. Each members would be scored on each tasks, and the accumulation of these scores could be used by the upper management to decide which one would be best top be promoted.

Seaside Developments Inc. has $200,000 of no par value 4% cumulative preferred shares, and 12,000 shares of no par value common
fiasKO [112]

Answer: a. $18,000

Explanation:

Cumulative Preferred Shares are shares where the company will always pay Preferred dividends and in years they cannot, they accrue it till a time when they can.

In the above question the dividends due to Preferred Shares are,

= 4% * 200,000

= $8,000

In Year 1, $8,000 were declared as dividends.

= 8,000 - 8,000

= 0

This means that the company does not owe preferred dividends from Year 1.

In Year 2, $18,000 was declared as dividends,

= 18,000 - 8,000

= $8,000

This means that in Year 2, the company was able to pay off Preferred dividends and still have some left to pay off Common Shareholders.

In Year 3, $24,000 was declared as dividends.

= 24,000 - 8,000

= $16,000

In year 3 as well, tue company had enough to pay off it's Preferred Dividend obligations meaning that it paid off all of it.

In Year 3 therefore, Preferred Shareholders got the entire $8,000 that was due to them.

When customers start getting sick after eating at a popular new restaurant, the management is worried. The Centers for Disease C
Naddik [55]

A majority decision strategy would be most effective in this situation.

Explanation:

The concept of majority is a system of judgement which chooses alternatives that have a majority, which means more than half the votes.

It is the conditional decision concept used in leading policy-making bodies most often.

The majority oppression (or collective tyranny) is a flaw that is undoubtedly implicit in majority government, in which the majority of voters seek their own interests at the expense of those within the minority exclusively.

So in this scenario , the restaurant management should take everyone's decision and the majority should be executed. This is the best choice to take quickly.
