Answer:

None.

Explanation:

Disposal of waste products in waterways is done by people who, in general, ignore its negative impact on the environment. Waste products accumulates on the banks or at the bottom of rivers and other sources. When it rains, they hinder or impede the flow of water, causing floods and eventually tragedies. In addition, they can be ingested by animals.

When they arrive at sea, the waste products is carried to every corner of the planet, interfering negatively in marine life. This also causes them to accumulate on different surfaces, such as corals, ice, islands or the bottom of the oceans. Fish, turtles, birds and all marine fauna can be seriously hit by the waste and contaminated by toxic substances.

For this reason, a ban on the unloading of any type of waste products in US waters has been established. That is, no type of waste products can be discharged into US waters.

OPTIONS:

a. When there are just two other people at the party.

b. When everyone is wearing a nametag.

c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party.

d. When the need for help from the person who is having a heart attack is very clear

Answer:

c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party.

Explanation:

Bystander effect is a term used in social psychology to describe the tendency of an individual to intervene in the event of an emergency to offer help to the person needing it, when others are present at the scene of the emergency.

In the case of an emergency just like the scenario stated in the question, where someone develops a heart attack at a dance party, if the party has more people, the slimmer the chance of the person getting help from any of the 50 people at the party, as the presence of others would tend to discourage the any individual from attempting to help the victim having the heart attack.

The situation that would more likely show the bystander intervention effect is <em>"c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party."</em>

Describe two practical uses for an artificial chemical which behaves like chlorophyll.
natita [175]
Any substance that has enhanced reactivity, or altered properties in the presence of light is said to be photoreactive. For example, a photovoltaic cell enables sunlight to be processed into usable electricity by exciting outer shell electrons on some metals. Photoreactive substances can either be natural, such as chlorophyll, or entirely man-made in the case of a photovoltaic cell.
