Can you provide the passages? I can help you compare! It's quite easy to compare, make sure you summarize both and say how they are the same. Make sure to also talk about how they are different.

Answer:

In The Circuit the narrator is very detailed in The Passing the narrator's point of view is somehow confusing for the reader.

Explanation:

In The Passing we understand the story from what Irene is seeing, doing, and thinking. It's a third person omniscient and because of this we are restricted to understand only what Irene's character understands.

This is different in The Circuit, where the narrator focuses on details we see the perspective Francisco has and we know how he feels and thinks. The narrator does this very well because the reader feels exactly how the narratow wants us to feel.

In at least 100 words, describe a coming-of-age story that you have read and explain why it can be described in those terms.
Igoryamba
I have read "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien. This story is a fictional story about a young man who was drafted for the Vietnam war in his first years of college. This book describes the coming of age of multiple characters in its portrayal of each character individualistically. It shows how fast each of these young men had to grow up after joining the war and the difficulties they faced. It is easy to forget how young these guys are because of the things they say or the actions they must take. There are many moments in the book that make you stop and go "Hey wait. These are just kids," and it really shows the maturing process and the stresses of war in addition to suddenly being thrust into adulthood.

In at least 150 words, discuss the changes that occur in John Proctor’s character, from the beginning of the play to the end.
poizon [28]
There were many changes in the book the crucible in the character John Proctor but the ones that stands out the most are these:
John Proctor at the beginning of the book tells his wife about the affair, his wife retaliates by hating him for it. Abigail (whom he had the affair with) falls in love with him and is emotionally and physically out of her mind. She tries everything in her power to get him back to her. But Proctor refuses to give in. This infuriates Abigail causing her to start accusing everyone along with the help of other teenagers of being a witch. That many people includes John Proctors wife. Seeing that the only way that John could stop Abigail, he confesses to the court of the affair between him and Abigail but the plan is short lived when His wife tells the court that he has never cheated on her. At the end he is accused of being a witch by Mary and then he begins to give a false confession of being a witch which fails and he winds up dying at the end of a rope. So you see there were many changes in his character but all of them led to his downfall!
