Dorothy needs to help rescue the scarecrow and woodman right? She won't call the Witch of the North , she won't either call the wizard of oz or the winkies so that leaves you with one correct answer (the muchkins) she won't call the witch cuz shes evvilll or the wizard he's on the witches side in the story and the winkies are far away when this setting happened --i hope this helps :D
