Here is what i found on another website Not my work

I think that it is certainly true that Petrarch’s style and beauty ideal and his use of devices such as metaphor or paradox created a gate way for other writers to come through. The descriptive words of the exact feelings and emotions that he was experiencing for Laura allowed for his audience to feel as if they were going through all of the things that Petrarch went through.

Answer:

The form of a Petrarchan sonnet affects the content and tone because it is set up with iambic pentameter, an octave, a sestet, and a volta. These are all different parts of the sonnet. The Iambic pentameter affects the tone by how the syllables will be accented and how the lines consist of ten syllables. The Octave affects the content of the sonnet because it is where the problem is introduced. The sestet is the last six lines where the problem is reflected upon and resolved, this affects the content because it will build the ending of the story.  The Volta is in the sestet and is the turning point of the sestet, this can affect the tone of the sonnet because of his word choice in the resolution.

lakkis [162]

Answer:

At the beginning of each supporting paragraph, start with a topic sentence. This is a way to introduce the ideas that you're going to discuss in that paragraph. You can elevate your topic sentence by using a transition word or phrase to show that you're switching to a new idea.

hope that helps!

In paragraph 4, Alice says to herself: “‘not that it signifies much…. I should think it would be quite as much use in the trial
alukav5142 [94]

Answer:

The correct answer is C)

Explanation:

To Alice, the entire trial was a sham. There was a Jury (of which the Lizard was a member) that was incapable of reading. If this was so, how could they evaluate any evidence that spoke to her credit or demerit?

For in the same Chapter 7, a letter or a collection of verses was read which according to the Queen was a piece of evidence against Alice. The Jury, even upon the challenge to do so by Alice, could not interpret the same.

Cheers!
