She should probably avoid football, wrestling and cheer-leading, both of these demand some amount of strength - I'd be able to answer better if you had given a list of sports.

Anaerobic exercise means that the exercise that will use up so much energy in a short time so that the aerobic reaction can't fulfill the energy demand.
It should be sprinting or lifting weights.
