Answer:

I use MS Access software to create a new database

Step wise procedure to create a new database:

I opened MS Access

I type a file name in the File Name box and select the path of data base.

I Click on "Create" Button to create a data base on a selected path

New database was created

Now, i enter a table in data base and save it with a specific name as i want

I opened this table in design view to design it

Now, it enter its field name and data type of each entity and also select a unique primary key in this table

In this table i select the field size of each entity as i want.

After design a table in design view then i open it in datasheet view and entered data, in field names that i design in design view.

What I done In above steps

I created a database and create a table, design it and enter data in database table.
