Kenji works for a multinational company which engages in the practice of rotation high performing managers throughout different locations in the world. In this case, Kenji is a Japanese manager who is in charge of running the operations at a plant in Sweden.

Employees at the workplace have already complained via email about Kenji's harsh method. They find him too hostile, which is negative for the overall working climate of the workplace.

This is due to the cultural gap that exists between Kenji and the Swedish workers. The Japanese tend to be much more rigorous and disciplined regarding work shifts and the overall quality of work. It is common for the average Japanese worker to take it "to hard on himself" when things don't come out as planned.

Fed [463]

Group of answer choices.

a. Not alter the documents and should request new documents be drawn

b. Not alter the documents without first calling the contracting company for permission

c. Correct the documents

d. Have the signer correct the documents

Answer:

b. Not alter the documents without first calling the contracting company for permission

Explanation:

A contract can be defined as an agreement between two or more parties (group of people) which gives rise to a mutual legal obligation or enforceable by law.

A lender refers to an individual or financial institution that gives an amount of money (with an interest) such as loans to a borrower, with an agreement between the two parties stating when the borrower is expected to pay back the debt.

In this scenario, signer indicates the address stated in the closing documents is incorrect. The lender’s representative confirms the mistaken address in the documents and authorizes the signer to correct the address. Based on this confirmation, the agent may not alter the documents without first calling the contracting company for permission.

First of all, the signing agent would have to inform the contracting company and the lender’s representative about any request from the signer to alter or add anything to the closing document. Subsequently, if granted the authority in writing to make changes the document, the signing agent may then proceed to alter the document.

Emily naturally blinks whenever her sister pretends she’s going to poke her in the eye. Her sister, a psychology major, then dec
vodka [1.7K]

Answer:

The "snapping" of her fingers will have no effect or response in the scenario.

Explanation:

The situation above is related to the concept of "blocking" when it comes to Psychology. According to the<em> "blocking effect,"</em> conditioning to a particular stimulus will only be blocked<u> if that stimulus was reinforced in alignment with a conditioned stimulus before.</u>

So, in the situation above, the snapping of fingers refers to another unconditioned stimulus. Its conditioning was blocked because it was reinforced in compound with the previously conditioned stimulus. This time, the previously unconditioned stimulus<em> </em><em>(poking of Emily's eye</em>) becomes a conditioned stimulus. This is, primarily, because Emily has already gotten the association of the stimuli involved, so she no longer responded in the same manner or it had no more effect on her when her sister mentioned the word "Psychology."
