Fries and burger are junk food and the risk factors are:

1. Excess calories from the fast or junk food increases weight therby leading to obesity.

2. Fats found in fast food mainly consist of saturated fatty acids that leads to an high risk of cardiovascular disease.

3. Fast foods do not contain high amount of dietary fibres which may lead to constipation.

4. Fast food also causes acne.

5. Fast foods contain sodium (Na) and it contributes to high blood pressure or an enlarged heart muscle.

Recreational activity for unhealthy diet are:

1. Involve yourself in physical activity or exercises regularly.

2. Drink adequate amount of water regularly.

3. Go for cycling everyday.
