Answer:

d. all of the above

Explanation:

The diencephalon is a part of the brain located inferiorly and anteriorly to the corpus callosum, part of the telencephalon, and superior to the midbrain, delimited by the latter by an imaginary line that runs from the nipple to the posterior commissure (epithalamus). The diencephalon consists of: thalamus, hypothalamus, epithalamus, metatalamus and subthalamus. For this reason, we can conclude that the correct answer to your question is "d. All of the above".

A stream’s velocity is _______ at the bottom and edges. A stream’s invisible _______ load represents (on average) about 15% of t
Dima020 [189]

Answers with Explanation:

A stream’s velocity is LOWER at the bottom and edges. A stream’s invisible DISSOLVED load represents (on average) about 15% of the mass of material transported. A stream with many rapids and waterfalls is likely a YOUNG (AT THE YOUTHFUL STAGE) stream. In a meander, water flowing around the outside of a curve flows FASTER than water flowing around the inside of the curve. An oxbow lake can form near a MEANDERED stream. A DELTA is likely to form where a stream deposits sediment as it enters another body of water.

Why do some cells divide faster than others and some cells do not divide after they are formed? Into which group does cancer fit
Nuetrik [128]

Skin cells, divide in a continuous manner that makes new skin cells to replace the skin cells we lost. Cells regulate their division by cyclins. Some cells divide faster when it supposed to stop dividing and this will lead to cancer disease.

Explanation:

The process of cell division occurs for many reasons. A single cell is divided into two which in turn they will be divided into four and so on. This corresponds to the process of cell division and cell reproduction. Cell division is an unique characteristics in human beings. Interactions between signaling proteins produces checkpoints in the cell cycle to ensure that cells do not divide at improper times.

A protein named Cyclins plays a major role in the determination and the regulation of the cell division process. The division that occurs in the cell can be regulated by the this protein type. They acts as a switch for controlling the cell division process. They will signal the cells when to divide and when to stop. When any cell continues to divided even after it is signaled to stop they may lead to a disease called cancer. These are different form the normal cells because they will be having their own growth factors that controls their growth and they will lose the normal controls on the cell cycle.

Which of the following statements best describes the likely effect of the channel on the process carried out by tryptophan synth
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

The tryptophan synthase enzyme catalyzes the synthesis of tryptophan. This enzyme is found in all kingdoms except animals.

Tryptophan synthase has a hydrophobic channel that facilitates the passage of an intermediate from one enzyme to the other during the biosynthesis of tryptophan, which makes faster the metabolic process.
