Answer: Agent WIllis can wait until October and send them the information about the plans he represents.

Explanation:

Agent Willis will need to wait until October when the new enrollment year begins. He can't contact the clients before this time, as this is against the rules. As soon as open enrollment starts he can send the information and let his disenrolled clients know the best plan he has and help the clients get their Medicare Advantage back. He will then be able to speak with them in person, via phone, or mail.

Willis agents have to wait until October, that is when Medicare Advantage registration is opened and deliver the plan that has been made to the client.

Until registration is opened, Willis Agents can provide information on their plans to clients who do not know it through electronic devices then talk on the telephone or in person.

Further Explanation

Fall Open Enrollment Period: You can make a number of changes to your Medicare coverage during Fall Open Enrollment (also known as the Annual Coordinated Election Period – ACEP). The Fall Open Enrollment Period occurs each year from October 15 through December 7, with your new coverage starting January 1.

During this period you can:

 • Change your choice of health coverage
 • Add, drop, or change Medicare drug coverage

You can make as many changes as you need during this period, and your last coverage choice will take effect on January 1. To avoid enrollment problems, it is usually best to make a few changes as possible.

Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period: You can switch from your Medicare Advantage Plan (excluding Medical Savings Accounts, cost plans, and PACE) to another Medicare Advantage Plan, or to Original Medicare with or without a stand-alone prescription drug plan (Part D), during the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA OEP). The MA OEP occurs each year from January 1 through March 31. Remember, you can only use this enrollment period if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan. Changes made during this period take effect the first of the month following the month you enroll. For example, if you switch to a new Medicare Advantage Plan in February, your new coverage begins March 1. Unlike Fall Open Enrollment, you can only make a single change during the MA OEP.

Natterson-Horowitz mentions several programs that she works with to ""close the gap"" between medical doctors and veterinarians.
ololo11 [35]

Answer:

The book of Zoobiquity, by Barbara Natterson-Horowitz and Kathryn Bowers, and which was published in 2012, is a really interesting one, as, written from the perspective of a medical doctor, a cardiologist, it evaluates the importance of also learning about animals, and how closely they are related to human beings, to the point that, human medicine and veterinary medicine should come together more and learn from one another. The book basically shows that medicine could enrich itself even more if it learned that many of the conditions and illnesses that affect human beings are present in animals as well. This means that the two branches: one dealing with people, and one with animals, could come together more often and share knowledge and information.

The authors mention several instances in which it is proven that animals and human beings suffer from similar conditions and the solutions to them, at least in humans, could come from learning from animals. As such, Natterson-Holowitz and Bowers mention those programs on which both veterinary medicine and human medicine could collaborate and learn from one another.

Another way, different from those mentioned in the book, that both medicines could help each other would be in the studying of socializing patterns, which can also be similar in humans and animals. By learning from animals how these patterns occur, how they handle socialization and certain issues of this process, might help medical doctors understand certain patterns in human beings that are very similar to those of animals.
