Answer:

The total amount of the "proceeds" from exercise of the hypothetical stock options that Whitney would assume in calculating diluted EPS is $130,000

Explanation:

The computation of the total amount would be equal to

= Number of Common shares × exercise price + Number of Common shares × fair value × not vested option percentage

= 10,000 shares × $10  + 10,000 shares × $5 × 60%

= $100,000 + $30,000

= $130,000

Since the vested percentage is 40% So the not vested would be 60% as the total percentage is 100%

Cultural capital

Explanation:

Cultural capital consists of knowledge about artistic trends and cultural acts that one can use to establish oneself in society, and demonstrate a particular social-standing. It also consists of tastes, preferences, and even ways of speaking, living, and moving.

The term was coined by French sociologist Pierre Bordieu. According to him, cultural capital is a form of class distinction, because the access to certain cultural products depends on variables such as race, ethnicity, income, sex, and religion.

Lesechka [4]

Answer:

Debit Allowance for Doubtful Accounts $2,300; credit Accounts Receivable $2,300

Explanation:

The journal entry is shown below:

Allowance for Doubtful Accounts A/c Dr $2,300

             To Accounts Receivable A/c $2,300

(Being the written-off amount is recorded)

Since we have to record this journal entry so we debited the Allowance for Doubtful Accounts A/c and credited the account receivable account so that the correct posting can be done.
