Client differences are an important part of periodization and refers to the principle of SAID .  

Explanation:

The well -organized planning of physical training is popularly known as Periodization. It focuses on the best training for best performance of an athlete in a popular competition. This planning is based upon the principle of SAID.

It declares that body can adapt any particular demand that is set down on the body.  If a trainee wants to excel in a specific sport, he/she should follow those training that are in accordance with the movements of the sports.
