Answer:

The correct answer for: When we see something that exists in real life, there are many different ways to display imagery and importance using art. What the artist _____________ depends on what he/she wants to communicate Is: a) emphasizes.

Explanation:

To understand this answer we need to analyze all of them and the context.

First of all, we are talking about the action an artist takes to communicate.

a) this is correct because emphasizing is action and the rest of the options don't talk about the way the artist will do to produce the message. So it is correct.

b) this is wrong because of artists not only paint, they can sing, compose a melody, create a sculpture, write a poem. So it's wrong.

c) visualizes. This could be the case but not, because to communicate the artist needs to act, not only derive in the imaginary. So it's wrong.

d) outlines. This could also be a good option but outlining is just making the joints between ideas and if they are not connected the message won't be delivered. However, he needs to produce the message.

That is why a) option is correct.

pogonyaev

Answer:

El Greco was born in Crete therefore he was greatly influenced by the Late Byzantine icons paintings elements which he blended with Late Italian Mannerist of Titian, Michelanelo and Raphael´s exagerated proportions and created a deeply emotional fervor evocative of Spain raising emotion through distorted figures, dramatic and tense outlining joining Bizantyne traditions with the Western art style.

Explanation:

Domenikos Theotocopoulos (1541–1614) , better known as El Greco was born in the island of Crete, he was a painter who got stablished in Toledo between 1577 and 1579, where he did most of his work, until his death on April 6 or 7, 1614 but he was also famous at other parts of Spain.

His own particular style was first influenced by his first pieces about Byzantine icons and this style remained in his subsequent paintings. When he was in Venice he was greatly influenced by masters as Titian, Tintoretto, Basano´s tutoring and later, in 1570 by Michelangelo and Raphael in Rome all of the belonged to Mannerism, a style which was born in 1530 and lasted until the end of the century being replaced by Baroque. It is also called late Renaissance and it is named after maniera, an Italian term for “style” or “manner,” and refers to a stylized, exaggerated seal not only on painting but also in sculpture.

It features exaggeration or alteration in proportions, posture, and expression and even though El Greco has his own individual style, his tortuosly elongated or stretched figures and his fantastic phantasmagorical colours reflected the mannerism style influence.

The prominent blended art of El Greco belongs to a unique style in Spanish Renaissance.

A geometry student wants to draw a rectangle inscribed in a semicircle of radius of 8. If one side must be on the semicircle's d
SOVA2 [1]
For the answer to the question above, let's start with the whole circle.
Let's assume that the maximum possible area of a rectangle inscribed in a complete circle is achieved when the rectangle is a square.

D= Circle's Diameter = 16
square's area = (D^2) / 2 = 256/2 =128
Imagine we want to break the circle into two semicircles, the square would be divided into two rectangles which would have the maximum possible area.
rectangle's area = square's area / 2 = 128/2 = 64
