Answer:

The three main organizational levels are: strategic, managerial and operational.

Explanation:

At the strategic level, upper management is in charge of developing the overall strategy of the organization and setting the goals and objectives. Managers must apply sophisticated analysis techniques to monitor the strategic performance of the organization.

At the managerial level, middle management must evaluate how the company is operating in order to identify and adapt changes. Managers must analyze large amounts of information to ensure that the short and medium range plans and budgets are being followed, as well as the organization's policies, procedures and business objectives.

At the operational level, lower management is in charge of controlling, developing and maintaining the organization's core activities which are the ones that really make the whole organization function. Many times, managers must make quick decisions to correct any deviation from the normal structured activities. Most of the decisions made are usually repetitive and structured also.

Zigmanuir [339]

Answer:

He should pay = $270,000

Explanation:

The amount he should pay for the investment is the present value of he net income discounted at the rate of return of 12%

The occupancy rate = 100 -5= 95%

The net income = occupancy rate × income - expenses

                              = 95%× 3,600× 12 - 8,640= 32400

If we assume that the income is earned forever, then the Present value of the income will be

PV of net income = A/r

A-32400 , r -12%

                            = 32400/0.12

                             =$270000

He should pay = $270,000
