Answer:

predicted share price acc to put call parity is $31.95

Explanation:

given data

share price = $31.63

yearly dividend = $1.50 per year

strike price = $27

call price = $6.10

put price = $2.65

expiry period = 1 year

solution

Put Call Parity is price relationship between put option, call option and underlying stock

so we apply here basic put call parity formula that is

Po + So = Co +( D + X × e^{-rt}   ...................1

here Po is put option and Co is call option and X is strike price and So stock price and t is time and r is risk free rate and D is dividend and it is 0 here

so Stock price will be

So + Po = Co + D + X

So + $2.65 = $6.10 + $1.5 + $27

So = $31.95

so here predicted share price acc to put call parity is $31.95

mylen [45]

Answer:

The amount that has to be deposited today is $6205.63

Explanation:

The given parameters are;

The annual interest rate for the first 5 years = 4 percent

The annual interest rate for the next 4 years = 4.6 percent

The annual interest rate for the final 8 years = 5.3 percent

Let the amount deposited be X, we have;

X × (1 + 0.04)⁵ + X × (1 + 0.04)⁵×(1.046)⁴ + X × (1 + 0.04)⁵×(1.046)⁴ ×(1.053)⁸ = $30,250

X ((1.04)^5 + (1 + 0.04)^5×(1.046)^4 + (1 + 0.04)^5×(1.046)^4 ×(1.053)^8) = $30,250

X × 4.875 = $30,250

X = $30,250/$4.875 = $6205.63

The amount that has to be deposited today = $6205.63.

At Richardson Manufacturing Company, there are two factors that determine the cost of health care. If an employee makes less tha
OLEGan [10]

Answer:

15%

Explanation:

Catherine is a departmental manager at Richardson

She earns $68,300 every month

She has family health care

Her employer contributes $935 every year towards total coverage Cost

The first step is to calculate the total contribution

Catherine rate for health care is $165 since her monthly pay is higher than $55,000

Total contribution = $165 + $935

= $1,100

Therefore the percent in which Catherine contributes towards total coverage can be calculated as follows

= 165/1,100 × 100

= 0.15 × 100

= 15%

Hence Catherine contributes 15% towards the total coverage
