Answer:

B. The First Amendment.

Explanation:

Justice Hugo Black criticized The First Amendment in his dissent. The First Amendment of the United States, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

In 1960, the Supreme court of the United States struck down anonymous bills. And in response to this law, Justice Hugo Black wrote in his dissent criticizing the First Amendment that these hand-bills should not be barred as they play an important role in the progress of the mankind.

Assoli18 [71]
Death being discussed in this play is foreshadowing. The author is hinting that Romeo and Juliet will die or at least that someone will die. Foreshadowing is a good way to give your audience a hint about what is to come so they will feel suspense and will try to see what will happen next.

Lisa [10]
I predict that Paul will ride for Mr. Sutcliffe, but he will get hurt because the horse is a strange horse. Paul is very angry at his father right now, so he might intentionally disobey his father because he is upset. He is likely to get injured because Paul's father is often right. He has a lot of faith in Paul's abilities, so if he thinks riding this strange horse is too risky for Paul, it probably is.
