Answer:

A. $3,610,000

Explanation:

The Equivalent production = 190,000 + [70% × (200,000 - 190,000)] = 197,000 tons.

While the Cost per unit = ($3,152,000 + $591,000)/197,000 = $19;

the transferred costs = 190,000 × $19 = $3,610,000

= $3,610,000 which is the final answer.

Mandy deposited $3000 into a 401(k) that grew to $5000 by retirement. if mandy is currently in the 10% tax bracket and retired,
aleksandr82 [10.1K]

Actually the current tax bracket of 10% only accounts for Mandy’s current income. Everyone has a tax bracket based on the entire income that year. However in Mandy’s case, her income will increase by $5,000 if she withdraw the entire $5,000. Therefore the tax bracket should also increase since her total income increased.

However, since no additional data is available, let us assume that the withdrawal of the entire $5,000 would not affect the current tax bracket of 10%.

Calculating for the tax to pay = 10% of $50,000

= 0.10 * $50,000

= $5,000

Therefore Mandy will pay $5,000 in tax and she will be left by $45,000.

The residential division of Prism's high-speed Internet service uses one advertising agency, while its commercial division uses
pashok25 [27]

Answer:

Andy's proposal is more likely than Brad's to suffer from bias due to issues with "representativeness."

The above statement is True.

Explanation:

AB testing compares the click-through rate of the two agencies only. This test runs on random basis. It is a straightforward exercise that affects the business in the short-run and its effect are temporary. While difference-in-difference testing studies the non-randomized data. The rates are higher but it covers the whole data.

Andy's proposal is more likely than Brad's to suffer from bias to issues with 'representatives'. Andy opts for A/B testing while Brad opts for difference-in-difference testing. Therefore, Andy's proposal is more likely to bias due to limited verification.

Hence, the given statement is

'True'

Jan's Bakery is considering a merger with Tina's Cookies. Jan's total operating costs of producing services are $300,000 for a s
My name is Ann [436]

Answer:

Jan's Bakery and Tina Cookies

Total Average Cost for the merged firm

= ($300,000 + $75,000)/2

= $187,500

Explanation:

The total average cost for Jan's Bakery and Tina's Cookies is the average of their total operating costs. This is obtained by adding $300,000 to $75,000 and then dividing by 2.

Though, in practical terms, the presence of some synergies will cut some of the operating costs off, especially such costs as rent, advertising, and some other administrative costs. Some selling costs will also be eliminated when the merger goes through.

Jordan signed a finance agreement for her recent purchase. what is the total amount she will pay back under this agreement?
Alex787 [66]
That mostly depends on the contract. If the contract is such that you pay without interest, then you pay just what you took. If there is interest, then you pay a percent more that is calculated usually yearly, depending on how long you pay it back or anything similar that is within law.
