OK so basically you need to set a time schedule that gives you enough time for daily chores and needs and then have time set out for you to have leisure but also make sure to include at least 8 hours of sleep.

Basically the important responsibilities will always have to come first as that is just life, we all have responsibilities, the key to making the most of life though is actually making sure we don't take on too many responsibilities and use our leisure/free time wisely doing things we want to do and enjoying the things in life that are stress free. Finding that balance isn't always easy but think of your leisure time as rewards to yourself for all the hard work you do with your responsibilities and make sure you use them to your advantage. Don't overdo your leisure time and neglect your responsibilities but also don't overwork yourself and leave no time for pleasure.

Bezzdna [24]

Answer:

According to Erikson's theory, Rob is probably facing the psychosocial conflict of generativity and is likely to develop stagnation

Explanation:

The seventh stage of Erik Erikson's theory of psychosocial develpment is Generativity vs. Stagnation. This example is a clear case of this stage because the signs of this condition are overexertion at work followed by dissatisfaction between the ages of 40 and 65 years old. The lack of feeling fulfilled and accomplishment may cause this.

Sphinxa [80]

Answer:

The Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) is a molecule that contains the genetic instructions for the development, growth, and reproduction of all living things and many viruses. The DNA molecule is composed of two strands whose building blocks are named nucleotides. Each nucleotide consists of a sugar (deoxyribose), a phosphate group, and one of four bases: Guanine (G), and Thymine (T), Adenine (A) and Cytosine (C). These two strands wind around each other like a double helix by the pairing of complementary strands, where A always pairs with T, and C always pairs with G. The chromosomes are higher-order structures where the DNA molecule is packaged with histone proteins. In eukaryotic cells, the chromosomes are localized in the nucleus and mitochondria organelles, while in prokaryotic cells lack a nucleus and other organelles and thereby the genetic material is organized into a single chromosome found in an area of the cell cytoplasm named the nucleoid.
