Answer:

The correct order of the life cycle is Reproductive polyps form---->>Medusa buds---->>Meiosis occurs---->>>Fertilization occurs---->>Cells grow into Planula------>>Growth into mature polyp

Explanation:

Reproduction in a colony of polyp is asexual. During such reproduction, the Obelia attaches to the surface of any substrate. Mature colonies have gastrozooids,  while the colonies have gonozooids which are called as  reproductive polyp and contains blastostyle and gonotheca.

When medusa released from gonozooids, they produce make medusae which swims freely and have velum with gonads, a mouth and tentacles. Here, sexual reproduction takes place, where the egg and sperm are released after meiosis and later they are fertilized to form zygote.

Zygote changes to blastula, blastula transforms into a swimming larva with cilia called as planula. After some time, when planula attaches to a solid surface, and transforms into a feeding polyp.

Later, the development polyps grow and produce branches and produce a new polyp thorough asexual budding.

The order for the life cycle of the hydrozoan is:

Reproductive polyps form---->>Medusa buds---->>Meiosis occurs---->>>Fertilization occurs---->>Cells grow into Planula------>>Growth into mature polyp

Answer:

starting with the polyp form→ Medusa buds.→.Reproductive polyps form.→ Meiosis occurs→  Fertilization occurs→Cells grow into Planula→Growth into mature polyp.

Explanation:

The life cycle of  Obelia alternate between polyp and medusa generations, with obelia the  most prominent.

Through asexual reproduction, mature polyps produces medusa body forms.The medusae grows and  budded off from the parents, they swim away from the parent  tissues  and this  aided  their dispersal.

Each of these  medusae may be male or  females, water is the medium of fertilization, and the sperm and egg produced,fertilized  to produce the zygote immature  larva called Planula. The planula swims with cilia  to attach to a substrate and later developed to mature polyp.

Through asexual means a single polyp medusa forms  a colony. The polyp again budded into medusa buds, medusae develops,  male and females, planula develops. mature polyps and the life-cycle continues again

Flauer [41]
Robert Steve and James are three new organisms ( lizard species ) Steve can breath under water he has scaly moist lizard skin a long strong tail and very sharp claws weighs 20 pounds and is 6ft long Steve prefers to eat small fish.

Robert can't breath under water has scaly dry lizard skin very sharp teeth and is very poisonous he has night vision weighs 5 pounds and is 2 ft long he mainly eats small bugs like lies and wasps.

James on the other hand is completely different he has is 10 feet long weighs 180pounds can run 5 miles per hour has powerful jaws that can break bones he has razor sharp teeth and claws and poisonous spit he has a smell radius of 15 miles and is a very heavy set he also prefers to eat big land animals like deer he's a Carnavor.

all of these Organisms are in a similar species (Lizard) and have similar characteristics ( Like scaly lizard skin and sharp claws) but they all have different traits and abilities.

The Citric acid cycle occurs in the mitochondria. There are nine biochemical reactions involved in the Citric acid cycle, and th
Sauron [17]

Answer:

. 2C- acetyl Co-A from the link reaction  enters the kreb Cycle to combine with 4 Carbon Oxaloacetate to form 6-  Citrate

The Citrate forms intermediate Isocitrate, which eventually formed  6-C alpha ketoglutarate.

The alpha-ketoglutarate forms the intermediate succinyl-Co A, which later formed  5C-succinate.

5C -Succinate  forms 4C-fumarate, the latter formed 4C-malate- which eventually formed 4C-oxaloacetate.

The 4C of these compounds is fixed, to ensure constant availability of 4C of oxaloacatate for 2C Acetyl -CoA to bind it for the cycle to continuously occur for production of first product Citric Acid  from which other products are  formed from.

Efficiency is the measure of how much work or energy is conserved in a process. In many processes, work or energy is lost, for example as waste heat or vibration. The efficiency is the energy output, divided by the energy input, and expressed as a percentage.
Efficiency is the energy output, divided by the energy input, and expressed as a percentage.
Efficiency = (1350/1500)×100

Why are indices better than simple measurements for comparing fossil specimens?
damaskus [11]

Answer:

Indices are used to study fossil specimens and compare them against each other. They are based on concept of ratio hence better than simple measurements when it comes to comparative analysis. They compensate for the problems caused by other variable factors like size or specimen.

For example, to estimate if an organism is long or round headed simple measurement of cranial length or breadth can be done and the result can be given according to the selected parameter. However some specimens will have longer breadth than length and some will have longer length than breadth. So, it is better to measure both the parameters and find out their ratio. Hence, cranial index is used which is given by: (Cranial breadth/Cranial length)*100.
