Answer:

the views, attitudes and even the vision of the founders influence organization's culture deeply. this can be seen if you compare different organization developed by people of different culture around the world.

the national values of a country influences individuals and this in turn influences a company's culture. if you look at far eastern nations such as Japan, south asian nations such as india and western nations such as USA, their work ethics, perspective of the market, the way they treat diversity and how they manage conflicts are totally different.

and yes indeed, the companies must change their policies, procedures and even alter their cultures to Adapt to the social and cultural values of the time and in different countries (if company is operating in several countries.) if not, the society will reject the company and its products and this could lead to unnecessary conflicts in terms of politics and legal and can spell the downfall of the company in that region.

Anna71 [15]

Answer:

$88,000

Explanation:

Jill's original house value = $175,000 house cost + $7,000 closing costs + $75,000 improvements = $257,000

Jill's revenue from house sale = $375,000 selling price - $30,000 sale cost

                                                  = $345,000

Jill's capital gain = $345,000 sales revenue - $257,000 house original value

I think I must first get the marginal cost of the product before i bought if it is worth it to its value, Then i would compute for the marginal benefit to know what would i gain in this product. Lastly I would compare both the marginal cost and marginal percentage if the cost is lower than the benefit then the product is worth it to buy.
