The fundamental theme through all the centuries has been the principle that force and power are the determining factors. All dev

elopment is struggle. Only force rules. Force is the first law. . . . Only through struggle have countries and the world become great. If one the only answer could be—for the weak, yes, for humanity as a whole, no. Instead of everlasting struggle, the world preaches cowardly and everlasting peace. These three things, considered in the light of their ultimate consequences, are the causes of the downfall of all humanity." Sparta or Athens? Explain.

Answer : Sparta

Explanation:

Authoritarian rule is a political system where power is concentrated in the hands of a very few people. The Greek philosopher Aristotle described Sparta this

way: as “a kind of unlimited and perpetual generalship...”. Within Sparta there existed three groups: 1) slaves, known as Helots, 2)

Spartan females, who were taught to be fit and patriotic, and 3)Spartan males, who were trained to become warriors. None of these groups enjoyed a great deal of freedom. At the age of seven, boys were forced from home to live in barracks and. receive military training from older boys. Sparta literally reigned through the display that force and power are the determining factors to exist.

VladimirAG [237]

It is important that the constitution makes specific effort to protect the expression of unpopular views because if some topics of forms of speech were to be forbidden, then the power to set the standard to restrict any topic of discussion that is considered improper would have to be given to a particular government agency. More so, freedom of expression is an essential component of Personal Liberty. Freedom is nothing if there are topics that are off-limits.

GrogVix [38]

Answer:

Automatic processing

Explanation:

In psychology, automatic processing is a phenomenon that occurs when a person can do a process without actually putting attention to it, in a mechanical way and without it interfering other tasks that the person might be doing. This happens often when a person is faced with a repetitive task for a considerable amount of time.

In this example, Juanita started as a teller at a bank two years ago, first she was very careful and deliberate using the computer's number keys but now she enters them rapidly without even turning her eyes to the keyboard. We can observe that this process is done now in a mechanical way since Juanita has done it so many times already and she doesn't really put attention to it or interferes with her other tasks. Therefore, this is an example of automatic processing.
