I can't see any diagram but the correct statement should be:
"Salinity decreases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean"

The other statements are false.
F Salinity increases because the stream adds salt to the ocean
T Salinity decreases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean
F Salinity increases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean
F Salinity remains the same because the steam adds freshwater to the ocean

How many natural numbers lie between 75² and 76²
vodomira [7]

Answer:

Natural numbers between 75^{2} and 76^{2} is

(76 * 76) - (75 * 75)

=> 5776 - 5625

=> 151

Therefore, there are 151 natural numbers between 75^{2} and 76^{2}

The nakagin capsule tower has 140 modules and is 14 stories high if the modules were divided evenly among the number of stories
Burka [1]
To determine the number of modules that is in each story, we simply divide the number of modules by the number of stories.
                           = 140 / 14
Simplifying,
                           = 10 modules / story
Therefore, by even distribution we note that there are 10 modules per story.

Given: mTRV = 60° mTRS = (4x)° Prove: x = 30 What is the missing reason in step 3? substitution property of equality angle addit
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer: Angle addition postulate.

Explanation: If \angle TRV= 60^{\circ} and \angle TRS=4x^{\circ}

here, if we have to prove x=30

If there is a condition that TR is a line which meets with the line segment VS at point R then by the Angle addition postulate,  we can say that \angle TRV+\angle TRS=180^{\circ}⇒x=30^{\circ}

But,

In option (1) substitution property of equality

If there is condition that  \angle TRV=\angle TRS

then we can use  substitution property of equality,

And, in this case 4x^{\circ}=60^{\circ}⇒x=15^{\circ}

which is wrong. So, we can not use this property here.

In option (3) subtraction property of equality

There is no use of this property to find the value x.

In option (4) addition property of equality

There is no use of this property to find the value x.
