Electron carrier molecules transfer electrons between metabolic pathways. Choose the electron carriers that transfer electrons f

rom glycolysis to the electron transport chain and from the citric acid cycle to the electron transport chain. One of the molecules will be placed more than once. More than one molecule may act as an electron carrier in these two pathways.

Answer:

from glycolysis to electron transport.-glycolytic pathway

NADH  and FADH2 are the major electron carrier   from glycolysis through the Kreb Cycle to the electron transport chain.

Note-NADH  alone transports electron  from glycolysis  to the Kreb Cycle. while both   NADH and FADH2  transport electrons   from the kreb'cycle  to the electron transport chain.

from citric ac id cycle to the electron transport chain.

as explained above both NADH and FADH2.

The electrons are  in the hydrogen atoms, carried by these co-enzymes. When they reached the matrix, the hydrogen atoms are split into protons and electrons(p and e-). it is these electrons that form gradients which are transported as chains in the matrix. The gradients of the electron generated PMF for pumping Hydrogen atoms into the intramembrane of mitochondrial

On the real ocean floor alternating stripes of normal and reversed polarity are not al equal width. What do this tell you about
Tpy6a [65]

Varies

Explanation:

From the differences in the width of the alternating stripes, we can conclude that the lengths of time represented by this evidence varies.

Normal and reversed polarity do not have equal length of time when they occur.

  • The paleomagnetic field just like the earths geomagnetic field we have today varies from time to time.
  • During period of normal polarity, the north pole of the geomagnetic field is close to that of the earth.
  • At reversed polarity, the north of the magnet changes position.
  • Their is no regular interval to this
  • Magma that are getting magnetized during this period will have different variations in the width of the magnetic fields.
  • The width of the stripe shows the duration of the anomaly.
  • Since the geomagnetic field takes their root from the core, the intensity varies and it affects the extent of magnetization of magnetic minerals in rocks.

What are similarities and differences between the organization and structure of DNA in bacterial cells and in human cells?
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]
Both human and bacteria cells contain DNA and both have a outer membrane that controls how materials come into and leave the cell.

Predominantly multicellular not in bacteria but in human body

*Cell contains a nucleus and other membrane bound organelles not in bacteria but in human body..

*DNA occurs in a circular form* in bacteria only..

* Ribosomes size in bacteria 70s and in human body 80s

*Capable of growth at temperatures greater than 80 C only in bacteria

*His tone proteins present in cell only in human body cells

* Operons present in DNA only in bacteria..

When conducting research that involves collecting biological specimens for genetic testing, which of the following issues is the
Inessa [10]

Answer:

A) Effect of findings on other family members would be most important factor.

Explanation:

Genetic research is done on human DNA to know the genes and environmental factors associated with certain disease.

Institutional review board (IRB) is the regulatory authority to protect the rights of subjects invloved in a resaerch.

The genetic reaerches usually involve families, so the researcher subjects and the result of research is related to all subjects that cause increased information flow between subjects and effect their decision to partcipate independently in research. Also, if the research involve therapeutic studies special precautions would be taken to choose the subject
