Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of semicircle=(r^2×3.14)/2

=(4×3.14)÷2

=6.28

area of rectangle=3×4

12+6.28=18.28

perimeter of semicircle is =(d×3.14)/2

=4×3.14/2

6.28+3+3+4

6+10

perimeter=16.28

If f(x) = −2 + 8, what is f(−1.8)?

4
6
10
12
zysi [14]
I think that you typed wrongly. That has to be f(x)= -2x+8
If f(x)= -2x+8, we can solve that problem.
We replace x= -1.8 in that expression, that means: f(-1.8)= -2x(-1.8)+8= 3.6+8=11.6

But if the formula of f(x)=-2+8, that means f(x) has a stable value and that value is -2+8=6.
So for all x we always have f(x)=f(-1.8)=6

Your gross pay is $2,759.00. your involuntary deductions are fica (7.65%), federal withholding (12%), and state withholding (7%)
max2010maxim [7]
Gross pay = $2,759.00
Total deductions = 7.65%+12%+7% = 26.65% = 0.2665

By thumb rule, rent and other fixed expenses ≤ 28% of Monthly gross salary

Therefore,
Allowed housing and fixed expenses = 0.28*2,759 = $772.52

Then, a. is the correct answer.

Answer:

The answer is 2.11~! I hope I helped <3

Step-by-step explanation:

3.5x2=7 7+9=16 1.4x2=2.8 10.4-2.8=7.6 16/7.6=2.10526315789

but we simplify so, 2.10526315789 rounded to the nearest hundredth is 2.11~!

A kite has a perimeter of 70 centimeters. One of the shorter sides measures 16 centimeters. What are the lengths of the other th
kari74 [83]

Answer:

a kite has 2 short sides and 2 long sides. The 2 short sides are equal. The 2 long sides are also equal. This means that the other short side is 16cm. And the remaining longer sides can be found like this:

let's pretend *y* is the long side

2*y = 70 - 16 - 16. (two of the long sides = 70 - short side - another short side)

so use algebra to find y.

2*y = 38

y = 19 so the long sides are both 19cm each

Your final answer: 16cm, 19cm, 19cm
