Answer:

$208,000

Explanation:

Net income= Revenue -expenses

The first step is to calculate the total revenue

Total revenue= credit sales+cash collected from customers

= $60,000 + $340,000

= $400,000

The total expenses can be calculated as follows

= Rent expense + salaries expense + utilities expense

= (40,000/2)+$120,000 + ($50,000 + $2,000)

= $20,000 + $120,000 + $52,000

= $192,000

Therefore the accrual net income for the year can be calculated as follows

= $400,000 - $192,000

= $208,000

Hence the accural net income for the year is $208,000

Alja [10]

Answer:

$7,500,000

Explanation:

For computing the projected current assets, first we have to determine the percentage of sales which is shown below:

= (2011 sales - 2010 sales) ÷ (2010 sales)

= ($12,000,000 - $8,000,000) ÷ ($8,000,000)

= 50%

Now the current assets would be

= Current assets + current assets × percent of sales

= $5,000,000 + $5,000,000 × 50%

= $5,000,000 + $2,500,000

= $7,500,000
