The main problem with this ballot is that the alignment of the yes/no arrows is confusing in some portions. The ballot, therefore, could be unclear for some electors. Ballots should be designed in a way that minimizes confusion. They should make it easier for the elector to express his opinion. If this does not happen, then the ballot most likely needs to be revised.
It would be "listen" because it indicates that something is going to cone next which may or nay not be funny
