I think it is observed for someone to sacrifices another person to show love to their parents because there is so many other ways to show your parents that you love them, because sacrificing ones life how would that even show love to your parents I actually think that is selfish because just because you want to satisfy or "show love" to your parents your taking your life or someone elses.

Which of the following choices best describes the syntax in this quotation?
vampirchik [111]

In this case, the main sentence has an embedded clause at the end:

"<em>I think </em><em>that ’twixt the negroes of the South and the women at the North, all talking about rights, the white men will be in a fix pretty soon</em><em>.</em>" (embedded clause in bold.)

This embedded sentence is <u>complex</u> as it has one independent clause ("<em>...the white men will be in a fix pretty soon.</em>") and a dependent clause ("<em>...that 'twixt the negroes of the South and the women at the North...</em>")

The main sentence presents a simple syntactic pattern: S.V.O. (Subject-Verb-Object), as it contains a mono-transitive verb ("<em>think</em>") which requires a direct object following it ("<em>that...</em>"). The subject of the sentence is the personal pronoun "<em>I</em>". This S.V.O. pattern is present in sentences much simpler, such as "<em>I think this</em>" or "<em>I like that.</em>"

Hope this helps!

Write a narrative essay in about 150 words essay about loyalty.
mafiozo [28]

Answer:

What even is loyalty? The book definition of loyalty is "

the quality of being loyal." What is loyal? Loyal is "giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution." Loyalty is definitely one of the strongest traits someone needs to have. How can you leave your wallet around an unloyal person? How could you marry an unloyal person? Being loyal is definitely something that sticks around in jobs, friendships, family, siblings, and relationships. Promising your loyalty does nothing, it's all about actions and how you will prove your loyalty. In jobs, being loyal to your coworkers and not spreading lies, stealing, and just creating conflict is a definite necessity. Sleeping at night knowing your significant other isn't doing anything bad behind your back is also a form a loyalty. Its about the trust you put into a person or thing, and how they prove it to you. Have you ever broken your promise of loyalty?

Explanation:

hihi hoping this is good enough, 160 words even.
