<u>My daily activities are morning walk or running, cooking, office work on the computer system, playing badminton or cycling, night walk after dinner.</u>

Activities that help to improve HRF and maximize body potentials​ are walk or running, playing badminton or cycling, and night walk after dinner. These all activities keep lungs, heart, and circulatory system healthy and improve my endurance.

Monitor food with the help of the thermometer.
