URGENT!!! Connor earns $24 working every 1.5 hours. Complete the table using equivalent ratios.
tamaranim1 [39]
First find the rate, so dollars/1 hour

To do this, divide both sides by 1.5 so u get the Pay of one hour because 1.5/1.5 is one and the result is 16/1 hour, now multiply 16 by the hour so 16(8) then 16(12) and so on, you can do it well! I don’t have a calculator lol

Weight of a rock: In a geology course, students are learning to use a balance scale to accurately weigh rocks. One student plans
statuscvo [17]

Answer:

The student who weighted the rock 5 times has a 95% confidence interval of (25.2, 29.1) which is guaranteed to be more wider (less precise) than the other student who weighted the rock 20 times.

Step-by-step explanation:

What is Confidence Interval?

The confidence interval represents an interval that we can guarantee that the target variable will be within this interval for a given confidence level.

The confidence interval is given by

CI = \bar{x} + t_{\alpha/2}(\frac{\sigma}{\sqrt{n} } ) \\

Where \bar{x} is the mean weight \sigma is the standard deviation t_{\alpha/2} is the critical value from t-table and n is the sample size.

The term t_{\alpha/2}(\frac{\sigma}{\sqrt{n} } ) is known as margin of error.

As the sample size is decreased the corresponding margin of error increases which results in wider confidence interval which means smaller precision.

The student who weighted the rock 5 times has a 95% confidence interval of (25.2, 29.1) which is guaranteed to be more wider (less precise) than the other student who weighted the rock 20 times.

We can say with 95% confidence that the true mean weight of the rock is within the interval of (25.2, 29.1).

mr Goodwill [35]
<span>As restaurant owner The probability of hiring Jun is 0.7 => p(J) The probability of hiring Deron is 0.4 => p(D) The probability of hiring at least one of you is 0.9 => p(J or D) We have a probability equation: p(J or D) = p(J) + p(D) - p(J and D) => 0.9 = 0.7 + 0.4 - p(J and D) p(J and D) = 1.1 - 0.9 = 0.2 So the probability that both Jun and Deron get hired is 0.2.</span>

If m∠1 = 50, then m∠5 =
yawa3891 [41]
1. angle 1 = 50 degrees [ Reason is Given]
2. angle 1 and angle 5 are corresponding angles [Given]
3..Therefore angle1=angle 5 [ Corresponding angles are =]
4..Therefore angle 5 = 50 degrees [= angles have same measure]

The above assumes that we are talking about corresponding angles of congruent or similar polygons or corresponding angles forme when a transversal intersects two parallel lines
