Answer:

Pulmonary embolism

Explanation:

Pulmonary embolism (PE) is the occlusion or plugging of a part of the pulmonary arterial territory (blood vessels that carry oxygen-poor blood from the heart to the lungs to oxygenate it) due to an embolus or thrombus that comes from another part of the body (a detached thrombus (embolus) from somewhere in the venous territory) the most common clinical manifestations or symptoms are dyspnea (feeling short of breath). The obstruction of a vessel immediately causes an alteration in ventilation / perfusion due to an increase in dead space. The two immediate consequences are hypoxemia due to a decrease in the effective surface suitable for gas exchange and pressure overload of the right ventricle.

Answer:

A. in the 1920s-1930s due to an increase of population

Explanation:

In the first half of the twentieth century, both the United States and many European countries began to see more generalised expansion of suburbs beyond the inner city areas. For this reason, most large cities today have a first inner ring of suburbs that targeted middle and lower-middle class households who relied principally on public transportation to get them to their jobs in the central and downtown areas.

Using complete sentences, explain the differences between a command economy and a market economy. What type of economic system i
RSB [31]

Answer:

The market economy is an economy type where the private businesses dominate. The economy is open, the trade is on a large scale, and very often big percentage of the produced goods are exported, while others are imported.

The command economy is in the hands of the government, which controls everything in it, and has all the resources in its hands. The economy is usually more closed, and there's trade with only a handful of countries, usually with the same economic type. The private businesses do not exist.

By combining this too we get mixed economy. In this type of economy, the government still has big portion of the resources in its hands, and is still heavily involved in the decisions, but the economy is much more open for trade. The amount of production is much bigger than what the country needs, so there's lot of goods that are exported. The benefit is that the government has control over the most important things in the country, and the workers are protected, as well as making big profit from the export of goods while maintaining the balance on home ground. A perfect example of this is China.
