Plan A and D are wrong because plan C says it would be the same price for 8 weeks but the amount of time it would take to reach $12 for plan D would be 16 weeks so this cancels plan A and D. If you were to add %10 each week then it would take 5 weeks to reach $12 because %10 of $8 is 80 cents so 80 cents times 5 is $4 and 4+8=12 Thus proving B is correct
