A. DNA replication in the nucleus of a cell
B. From one helix of DNA in a replication process, we get two: The DNA is a double helix and it consists of two strands of specifically connected amino-acids. When the time for replication comes, a set of enzymes unwind the two strands and leave them as a base for additional two strands attaching to them - the green line is an example of that. The free nucleotides - adenine, guanine, thymine and cytosine are left open and the enzyme called DNA-polymerase helps to produce a new strand on the template of the old parental one (one of the blue ones in the picture) 
C. By the location on the smaller picture - replication takes place in the nucleus. And the most important hint are the letters A - adenine, G - guanine, T- thymine, and C-cytosine. A connects with T, and G connects with C.

In Gizmo experiment, when both the intensity of light and carbon dioxide level is high, the rate of photosynthesis will maximize.

A). If the temperature is too hot or cold, it becomes difficult to find the ideal intensity of light because if the temperature is hot, the light intensity will be too high and thus the chlorophyll will get damaged. While if it too low, then it will be difficult for the proper functioning of the cells. And hence the photosynthesis will not take place.

B). It will be considered as a limiting factor if the light intensity is low. With light intensity being low, it will be difficult for the plant for survival and ideal carbon dioxide level will have no role. This amount of carbon dioxide does not help the plant to survive as the light intensity is now a rate limiting factor.

The Ach, binds with the receptors in the sarcolemma, leading to opening of Ligand gated Na+ channels. Therefore Na+diffuses in, causing depolarization, and propagation of action potential along the sarcolemma  spreading to the  T-tubules.

This is followed by opening of Calcium channels leading  exist of Ca+ from the sarcoplasmic reticulum.

The Calcium binds with the troponin, and  Tropomysoin exposed the myosin binding sites  on the actin filament.Thus cross-bridge is formed by the myosin head  with thin filaments which   shortened the sarcomere, leading to contraction of muscle fibres.
