First one is correct the second one is incorrect. a method that is public in a class may be invoked when an instance of the class is created

Myclass myclass = new Myclass() <--- instance of the class created

myclass.mymethodinvoked()  <-----invoking public method

When an author produce an index for his or her book, the first step in this process is to decide which words should go into the
Igoryamba

Answer:

import string

dic = {}

book=open("book.txt","r")

# Iterate over each line in the book

for line in book.readlines():

   tex = line

   tex = tex.lower()

   tex=tex.translate(str.maketrans('', '', string.punctuation))

   new = tex.split()

   for word in new:

       if len(word) > 2:

           if word not in dic.keys():

               dic[word] = 1

           else:

               dic[word] = dic[word] + 1

for word in sorted(dic):

   print(word, dic[word], '\n')

book.close()

Explanation:

The code above was written in python 3.

<em>import string </em>

Firstly, it is important to import all the modules that you will need. The string module was imported to allow us carry out special operations on strings.

<em>dic = {} </em>

<em>book=open("book.txt","r") </em>

<em> </em>

<em># Iterate over each line in the book</em>

<em>for line in book.readlines(): </em>

<em> </em>

<em>    tex = line </em>

<em>    tex = tex.lower() </em>

<em>    tex=tex.translate(str.maketrans('', '', string.punctuation)) </em>

<em>    new = tex.split() </em>

<em />

An empty dictionary is then created, a dictionary is needed to store both the word and the occurrences, with the word being the key and the occurrences being the value in a word : occurrence format.

Next, the file you want to read from is opened and then the code iterates over each line, punctuation and special characters are removed from the line and it is converted into a list of words that can be iterated over.

<em />

<em> </em><em>for word in new: </em>

<em>        if len(word) > 2: </em>

<em>            if word not in dic.keys(): </em>

<em>                dic[word] = 1 </em>

<em>            else: </em>

<em>                dic[word] = dic[word] + 1 </em>

<em />

For every word in the new list, if the length of the word is greater than 2 and the word is not already in the dictionary, add the word to the dictionary and give it a value 1.

If the word is already in the dictionary increase the value by 1.

<em>for word in sorted(dic): </em>

<em>    print(word, dic[word], '\n') </em>

<em>book.close()</em>

The dictionary is arranged alphabetically and with the keys(words) and printed out. Finally, the file is closed.

Write a program whose input is a string which contains a character and a phrase, and whose output indicates the number of times
otez555 [7]

Answer:

The program written in python is as follows

def countchr(phrase, char):

     count = 0

     for i in range(len(phrase)):

           if phrase[i] == char:

                 count = count + 1

     return count

phrase = input("Enter a Phrase: ")

char = input("Enter a character: ")

print("Occurence: ",countchr(phrase,char))

Explanation:

To answer this question, I made use of function

This line defines function countchr

def countchr(phrase, char):

This line initializes count to 0

     count = 0

This line iterates through each character of input phrase

     for i in range(len(phrase)):

This line checks if current character equals input character

           if phrase[i] == char:

The count variable is incremented, if the above condition is true

                 count = count + 1

The total number of occurrence is returned using this line

     return count

The main method starts here; This line prompts user for phrase

phrase = input("Enter a Phrase: ")

This line prompts user for a character

char = input("Enter a character: ")

This line prints the number of occurrence of the input charcater in the input phrase

print("Occurence: ",countchr(phrase,char))

You and your friend who lives far away want to fairly and randomly select which of the two of you will travel to the other’s hom
Phantasy [73]

Answer:

c. your friend can hash all possible options and discover your secret.

Explanation:

SHA-256 is a set of hash functions that was designed by the NSA. SHA-2 is considered an upgrade on the set that was its predecessor, SHA-1. A hash is a mathematical function that condenses data in a process of one-way encryption. SHA-256 creates hash algoritms that are considered irreversible and unique. However, one of the properties of hashing algorithms is determinism, which means that any computer in the world would be able to compute a particular hash and get the same answer.

OCR Land is a theme park aimed at children and adults. Entrance tickets are sold online. An adult ticket to OCR Land costs £19.9
sladkih [1.3K]

Answer:

count = 0

while count != 8:

   height = float(input("Enter height of the rider: "))

   if height >= 140:

       print("You are allowed to ride")

       count += 1

   else:

       if height >= 120:

           answer = input("Is the rider with an adult (yes/no): ")

           if answer == "yes":

               print("You are allowed to ride")

               count += 1

           else:

               print("You are not allowed to ride")

       else:

           print("You are not allowed to ride")

Explanation:

Initialize the count as 0, it will count the number of people allowed to ride

Create a while loop that iterates while count is not equal to 8

Inside the loop, ask the user for the height. If the height is greater than or equal to 140, print "You are allowed to ride" and increment the count by 1. Otherwise, check if the height is greater than or equal to 120. If it is not, print "You are not allowed to ride". If it is, ask if the rider is with an adult or not. If it is not, print "You are not allowed to ride". If it is print "You are allowed to ride" and increment the count by 1.
