Answer:

Greetings Xerxes, our King, and Deity.

I Have heard some news about the latest conflict between our sovereign Kingdom against the filthy Greek rats, they need to pay for their big mouth and ambitious pretentions, however my respected and illuminated King, recently my personal emissary came directly from Greece, he was infiltrated between the Greek folk, he told me about all the greek war preparatives, they are ready to repel our attack, of course, our Blessed army will be capable to defeat them, but being a combative and harsh people, they would leave us really debilitated and with no capability to affront other political and military necessities that are urging at this moment.

It´s in my knowledge that our kingdom needs to expand, to conquer, to defeat all enemy that may appear against us, however in these difficult and conflicted times, will be better to play defensively while we keep defending and strengthening our conquered territories in central Asia, and the Indian frontier.

I´ll follow any decision you could make my king but it would be an honor for me if these words could be considered.

Hail to the king!

Natasha2012 [34]

Answer: Hugh’s irritability is best categorized as a mood.

Explanation:

A mood is a transitory emotional attitude that determines how the psychological world of the person is analyzed or interpreted. Moods can endure days or weeks and are usually stable over time.

When mood states have significant alterations over time, it is considered a mood disorder. If the mood is low it is considered a depression, and when the alteration is towards a high mood it is considered a mania.

In this case, Hugh is mostly irritable, because this change has only endured a few weeks, is not yet considered a mood disorder.
