Well you are look at a 3d image here
so if area is length times width then we need to find the area of every side of the cabinet and add it up
11/3 on the calculator is 3.66666667 sooooo....
top: 3 x 11/3 = 11
side 1: 3 x 6 = 18
side 2: 3 x 6 = 18
front: 6 x 11/3 = 22
back: 6 x 11/3 = 22
so we have all of our measurements:)
now we just add them up together.
11+18+18+22+22= 91!!
so Frans would have to paint 91 square inches of that cabinet:) hope i helped

A water well is being drilled in the desert where soil is either rock, clay, or sand. Probability of rock P(R) = 0.42, probabili
andrezito [222]

We are asked to solve for:

P (sand | positive)

So, we solve this by:

P (sand | positive) = P (sand)  x P (positive for sand)

P (sand | positive) = 0.26 (0.75)

P (sand | positive) = 0.195

The probability is 0.195 or 19.5%.

Troyanec [42]

Answer:

40%.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given that the owners of Expo Company John Smith and Susan Jones invested $240,000 and $160,000 into the business respectively. We are asked to find the percentage of business owned by Susan.

Let us figure out total money invested in business by adding the money invested by John Smith and Susan Jones.

\text{Total money invested in business}=\$240,000+\$160,000

\text{Total money invested in business}=\$400,000

Now we will find $160,000 is what percent of $400,000.

\text{Percentage of business Susan own}=\frac{160,000}{400,000}\times 100

\text{Percentage of business Susan own}=0.4\times 100

\text{Percentage of business Susan own}=40

Therefore, Susan owns 40% of the business.

Given a grid with 15 sections, determine how many sections in the grid need to be shaded so the probability of a point chosen at
Nikitich [7]

Answer:

12

Step-by-step explanation:

0.8 is equal to 80%

you need to figure out 80% of 15

100% = 15

10% = 1.5

(x8)

80% = 12

you would need to shade 12 out of 15 boxes which gives 0.8 chance of picking a shaded one

The graph shows the linear relationship between the height of a plant (in centimeters) and the time (in weeks) that the plant ha
bija089 [108]
I found a graph with the same problem, so I guess this is the graph to be based on. To find the rate, just determine the slope between any two points along the line. Suppose these points are: (30,10) and (50,20).

Slope = (20 - 10)/(50 - 30) = 1/2

<em>The correct answer should be: the rate of change is 1 cm per 2 weeks, or 1/2.</em>
