The correct answers are, campaigning for the right to vote, supporting education reform, favoring more female workers.

Based on “A Century Ride”, the 1800s activities that Maude most likely engaged in were campaigning for the right to vote, supporting education reform, favoring more female workers.

“A Century Ride” is a story that appeared in the magazine “Outing” of 1893. In that illustrated magazine, “A Century Ride” tells the story of Maude Mannering, a Little yellow-haired girl, a successful graduate girl in Medical Studies. She was a cyclist. She loved cycling although her family did not like the idea because she was going to be a surgeon, and she had to take care.

Gnom [1K]

In The Metamorphosis, Kafka makes it evident that Gregor endures a hellish existence as a traveling salesman. Being the sole breadwinner of the family also takes its toll. He yearns to be free of his job and his family obligations. It seems as though his wish has been granted when he is transformed into an insect. However, Gregor cannot bask in the joy of his freedom because his physical condition causes the loss of his job, and he is forced to live within the confines of his room. Gregor’s condition is also a symbol of his alienation from society, which burdens him with too many expectations and unrealistic goals.
