-----------
Store A
-----------
Price of Rug = $45

Discount = 10% of $45
Discount = 0.1 x $45
Discount = $4.50

Price after Discount = $ 45 - $4.50
Price after Discount = $40.50

Tax = 6% of $40.50
Tax = 0.06 x 40.50
Tax = $2.44

Price after tax = $40.50 + $2.44 = $42.94

-----------
Store B
-----------
Price of the rug = $46

Discount = $10 off

Price after discount = $46 - $10
 Price after discount = $36

Tax = 6% of $36
Tax = 0.06 x 36
Tax = $2.16

Price after tax = $36 + 2.16 = $38.16

--------------------
Conclusion
--------------------

If she has only $40 to spend, she should buy from store Bm which cost $38.16 only.
Amount left = $40 - $38.16 = $1.84

\boxed { \boxed { Ans: \ store \ B \ with \ \$1.84 \ left. }}

ASHA 777 [7]

Answer:  B. They are alternate interior angles, so angle 3 also measures 130°.

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, according to the given figure, lines a and c are parallel lines.

And pipe cleaner is a transversal which is passing through to these parallel lines.

Therefore, by the property of parallel lines, the corresponding and alternative exterior or interior angles made by the common transversal ( pipe cleaner) on the lines a and c must be equal.

And, Here \angle 3 and 130^{\circ} are alternative interior angles by lines a and c with the same transversal, So, they must be equal.

Thus,  \angle 3=130^{\circ}
