I think the best answer is the first few lines of the "Binding Memories" which is "No matter how many were printed, there was only one copy like mine.". The lines really speaks to me that the speaker really loves his books and that no matter how many exist of that book, his copy is exceptional and the only one for him.

This period was known for having a hierarchy based social order. As Queen Victoria wanted to regain some of the lost respect the public had towards the Kingdom, society started to benefit those with "noble titles", which were granted by the Queen to a selected number of individuals. This produced a pronounced form of classism an among British society, as middle-class citizens often lost their jobs to people with a certain relation to those who had honorific titles.
