Some of the qualifications which may cause an excessive number of unqualified people applying is because the local newspaper which Dorothy put was out stated to mean that it needed recent college graduates with good appearances, and also for those who have credit ratings.

The type of facts which are being stated have given people hope that anyone can apply and that the qualification for the job they are not high.
