Answer:90384, 96372, O36.0130, Z3A.28

Explanation:When a mother is Rh negative and the father is Rh positive, the fetus is generally Rh positive, and fetal hemolytic anemia may develop in the fetus.   In the CPT® Index look for Immune Globulins/Rho (D) and you are directed to code range 90384-90386.  A full dose is 300 mcg.  Code 90384 is reported.  According to the guidelines for Immune Globulins an administration code is also reported.  In the CPT® Index look for Immune Globulin Administration/Injection directing you to 96372. The administration code for intramuscular injection is 96372.

In the ICD-10-CM Alphabetic Index look for Rh (factor)/incompatibility, immunization or sensitization/affecting management of pregnancy NEC/anti-D antibody which directs you to O36.01-.  Tabular List shows seven characters are needed to complete the code. The 6 th character 3 is used to indicate the patient is in her 3 rd trimester. The 7 th character 0 is used to indicate this is a single gestation. Next look for Pregnancy/weeks of gestation/28 directing you to Z3A.28.

Anti-D immunoglobulins or anti-D (RH) immunoglobulins are a variety of immunoglobulins (IgG). These are proteins that play an important role in our immune system.

Anti-D immunoglobulins are obtained from human blood taken from volunteer donors. They are administered in the pregnant woman in case of incompatibility of rhesus between her and the child.

The CPT codes are:

90384 an 90385 for intramuscular use .

90386 for intravenous use.

The icd-10-cm code is Z29.13.

Humberto measured the length of a stick's shadow from sunrise to sunset during the day. What did he notice from his observations
statuscvo [17]

Answer: C. Shadow length decreased from sunrise to noon.

Explanation: Think about how the sun is positioned in the sky. If it was noon, the sun is above the stick which means little to no shadow at all. If the sun was rising, its hitting one side of the stick, making the shadow longer.

oksian1 [2.3K]

The process of cellular respiration is achieved in plants by the process of photosynthesis. The energy from glucose is derived in this process. The steps of the cellular respiration includes the glycolysis, the kreb's cycle, and the oxidative phosphorylation. During this process, the proton concentration builds in the thylakoid space of the plant cell.

A scan of Sam's genome for the 100 most common mutations known to cause RP didn't find anything. How can you explain this result
yan [13]

Answer:

He is either not carrying the gene for RP or the RP gene has mutated.

Explanation:

RP or Retina Pigmentosa is an eye defect inherited by a person from a parent. The disease is degenerative as the individual gradually loses his sight. It normally starts off as night-blindness and could go as bad as a total loss of sight.

The mutation of both the RPGR and RP2 genes which are responsible for the function and structure of light-reception in the eye accounts for most cases of Retina Pigmentosa disease.

In the first part of the dna isolation, you discarded the supernatant and kept the cells. however, after processing the sample w
pishuonlain [190]
<span>For the first step, you must isolate the cells from the media. The cells contain the DNA so you keep the cells and pellet. The next step would be a cell lysis which causes the cells to open and the DNA to come out. At this point you would keep the supernatant, as the pellet is the cell membrane and other parts of the cell. The chelex is to bind to transition metal ions. This would cause and DNases in the cell to become inactive because the metal ion is their cofactor. The pellet in this case would contain the chelex and the DNA would still be in the supernatant.</span>
