Answer:

C and E

Explanation:

The answer is:

  • Gravitation between two objects increases when the distance between them decreases.
  • When the mass of an object increases, its gravitational pull also increases.

And it is all explained with one formula: the Newton's Universal Law of Gravity:

F=G\frac{m_{1} m_{2} }{r^{2} }

Where F is the gravitational force or pull, G is the gravitational constant, m means mass and r is the distance between the two objects.

In the moments after the big bang, the atoms in gas clouds were gathering together forming what we know now as galaxies, meanwhile as expansion was continuing, the distance between atoms in other regions of the universe was increasing. If we look at Newton's law, the square of the distance is inversely proportional to the Gravitational Force, so, as the distance increases, the Gravitational Force decreases.

On the other matter, now with gravitational force increasing in gas clouds, the cumulative mass of atom groups inside said gas clouds was increasing, while atoms in other part of the universe, being apart, suffered no cumulative increase of mass. Again, looking at the formula, if either m_{1}- or-m_{2} increases, them being directly proportional to F, if the mass increases the gravitational pull also increases.

The answers are principles C and D. After the big bang, particles in gas clouds were closer to each other and clumped up faster. As they clumped together, they gained more gravitational force, eventually creating asteroids, stars, and planets.

Which fields would most likely make use of spectroscopy techniques? Check all that apply.
kow [346]

The right answer is 2 and 3.

The applications of spectroscopy are very diverse; they are in many areas: fundamental physics, astrophysics, nuclear physics, plasma physics, solid state physics, materials science, metrology, microelectronics, new light sources, laser isotope separation, and so on. The R.M.N. provided a very powerful medical imaging technique. Other analysis techniques are similar to spectrometry, in the sense that a spectrum is measured as a function of energy or frequency. Acoustic spectroscopy concerns pressure vibrations for which the notions of frequency and wavelength are similar, although the phenomenon is of a nature quite different from electromagnetic waves. Here again, the frequency range extends far beyond the audible frequency range, from infrasound to ultrasound. Mass spectrometry produces spectra as a function of the mass-to-electric charge ratio of atomic or molecular ions.

Which of the following statements is NOT one of the ideas Lamarck had regarding evolution ?
earnstyle [38]

Answer:

What was incorrect about his theory of how organisms evolve? Lamarck thought that greater use or disuse of a structure or organ would cause changes that could then be passed on to offspring.

Explanation:

He thought organ caused changes to

offspring (ex: I broked my leg and now my son leg will be broken too)

What is the relationship between Endomembrane System, Insulin and Insulin Receptor, activation by phosphorylation, membrane-boun
mars1129 [50]

Answer:

The relationship between endomembrane system, insulin and insulin receptor, activation by phosphorylation, membrane-bound polyribosomes, and glucose transport channels is the eukariotic cell, because within it, they work together with the organelles to modify, summarize and transport lipids and proteins from the gut and absorb nutrients.

Explanation:

The Endomembrane system varies from membranes and organelles, but basically, it is structured by the nuclear envelope and lysosomes, the plasma membrane and several cytoplasmic organelles, as the ER, the Golgi apparatus, secretory granules, vesicles, lysosomes, endosomes, and the endoplasmic reticulum all working together to transfer, modify and package lipids and proteins macromoecules to the eukaryotic cell, from one part of it  to another, and from in to the outside of it also.

The membrane bound polyribosomes are attached to the cell endoplasmic reticulum. The bound ribosomes, used within the cell membrane or expelled from the cell by exocytosis, will produce insulin and they will become membrane bound to control the intake, protein modifications, fusion lipids and sugar breakdown. The insulin is a membrane bound polyribosomes protein synthesized in the ER, which travels along the endomembrane system. This hormone controls glucose and lipid metabolism  or energy function, if glucose level is high, insulin synthesis is activated.

Synthesized and traveling through the endomembrane system, the insulin gets to its receptor called tyrosine kinase and activates it, phosphorylating and recruiting different substrate adaptors.

The brand new insulin polypeptide chains go directly into the endoplasmic reticulum by the ribosome and then transported to where they are needed as insulin regulates sugar uptake into adipose tissue and skeletal muscle through glucose transport channels or glucose transporters GLUT4 within vesicles, which are directed to the plasma membrane, this is also the gut and nutrient absorption.
