Expand by using distributive property

-12x + 24.6 < -11.98x + 14.75

Subtract 24.6 from both sides

-12x < -11.98x - 9.85

Add both sides by -11.98x

-0.02x < - 9.85

Divide both sides by -0.02 (sign will be flipped)

x > 492.5
