Twitter is one of the most famous free social network used nowadays. It allows members to broadcast short posts (limited by a number of letters) called tweets.

In the FAQs of twitter, they claim that they have partnered with Microsoft Translator in order to be able to translate their tweets into as many different languages as possible. They way this work is as a mechanized translating machine. Since machines can't be 100% reliable and accurate, some of the tweets suffer from low or poor fluency of translations. It is unfortunate, but machines can't better real human work in some tasks.

It total, tweets can be translated into 61 different languages. Among the most popular of them we will find English in the first place, Spanish and Japanese.

The most retweeted photo of all time is a tweet by Carter Wilkerson (a young 16 year old man from Nevada), that reads "HELP ME PLEASE, A MAN NEED HIS NUGGS". It's a picture of another tweet posted by Wendy's, where Wendy's is replying to Carter's question. He asked them how many retweets he needed to get in order to get a free supply of chicken nuggets for a year from that company.

His tweet got 3.4 million tweets in total, unfortunately not as many as Wendy's had required (18 million). He may have not reached the goal to get the free nuggets but he definitely reached the most retweeted pic of all time!

It´s not as someone tnaslates all the tweets that gets texted, Tweeter uses Bing translator instead off Google translate for this, even though every Tweeter user tweets in their own language.

Amazingly, the most retweeted photo is by Carter Wilkinson @carterjvm who asked the official account for Wendy's Burguers how much retweets for a year of free chicken nuggets. Even though his photo has 3.6 million retweets, is not nearly enough of the 18 million that @wendys is asking for.

In the context of operant conditioning, which of the following statements is true of reinforcement? Multiple Choice A variable-r
docker41 [41]

Answer:

Behavior lasts longer after reinforcement stops when it is learned under a partial reinforcement schedule

Explanation:

Under a partial reinforcement schedule, there is no fixed timing or period for the reinforcement. This means that the reinforcement will be given to the subject by surprise, making the subjects constantly on guard due to the uncertainty.

This lead to a situation where the subjects will keep maintaining the desired behavior over a long period of time, because they subconsciously believed that the reinforcement could come at anytime if they dare to stop the desired behavior.

Rocks A and B are located at the same height on top of a hill. The mass of rock A is twice the mass of rock B. How does the pote
Radda [10]

Answer:

Option C

Explanation:

Let the potential energy of rock A be represented as Pa

And the potential energy of rock B be represented as Pb

Pa = ma * g * h

Pb = mb * g*h

ma = 2 * mb

Thus, Pa = 2 mb * g*h

Pa/Pb = 2 mb * g*h/mb * g*h

Pa/Pb = 2

Pa = 2 * Pb

The energy pf rock A is two times the energy of rock B.

OR

Pb = Pa/2

Hence, option C is correct
